This Content Policy applies to all web novels, images, audio, descriptions and other content made available through Literie, operated by Literie Pte. Ltd.. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Age Suitability

Literie is intended only for users aged 18 or above. Some content may contain mature themes. We apply applicable app-store age ratings and may display content warnings or restrict access where required by applicable law.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Pornography, explicit sexual content, or content primarily intended for sexual gratification;
• Digitally illustrated or animated nudity or explicit sexual activity;
• Any sexual, exploitative, adult or illegal depiction involving minors or characters appearing to be minors;
• Content that promotes or incites hatred, violence, discrimination, harassment or threats;
• Graphic violence, sexual violence, exploitation, abuse or cruelty toward people or animals;
• Content that promotes, facilitates or instructs criminal or other illegal activities;
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights; and
• Any other content prohibited by applicable law or requirements from our service providers.

4. Content Moderation

We maintain reasonable content moderation controls, including user reporting, manual review of reported content and post-publication enforcement.

5. Content Warnings and Classification

Where content may contain mature or sensitive themes, Literie may display an appropriate content warning before the user enters the relevant content.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report potentially non-compliant content through the feedback function in the reader. Reports may identify the relevant title, chapter and issue type. We may reject, restrict, remove or disable access to content that violates this Policy, and may suspend monetisation or terminate the relevant account or content-provider relationship.

7. Jurisdictional Restrictions

We may restrict certain content or services in specific countries or regions to the extent required by applicable law or requirements from our service providers.
